Waves V14 enables faster load time, new Trim & Mix knobs in Waves’ most popular compressors, and quick new preset workflows, boosting creativity and keeping plugins future-proofed and up-to-date.With V14, Waves users can now control and fine-tune dynamics faster than ever, with brand new trim and mix knobs added to Waves’ most popular compressors: the API 2500, the CLA-2A, CLA-3A and CLA-76 Compressor/Limiters, the Renaissance Compressor and the SSL-G Master Buss Compressor. You can find the legacy installers for Waves V10 plugins here.Waves Audio, the world’s leading developer of professional audio signal processing technologies and plugins, announces Waves V14, the latest version of Waves plugins. This way, you will be able to use purchased plugins inside the legacy version of StudioRack (again – as long as the plugin is not a brand new product, released after October 28, 2019). If a StudioRack user wants to buy a plugin now – whether it’s a brand new release, or an older plugin but a new purchase – the license will be V11. This works, because V11 Licenses can be used to activate either V10 or V11 software. If you want to use your purchased plugins inside the legacy version of StudioRack (as long as it isn’t a brand new plugin that simply does not exist in V10) – you should activate the V11 license of the plugin (in Waves Central’s “Licenses” page), but then install the V10 software version of the plugin (in Waves Central’s “Install Products” page). Instructions for using the legacy version of StudioRack with V11 Licenses: Check back on this page for more information as it becomes available. The first release in this series of updates is scheduled for Q2 2020. The new versions will be compatible with Waves V11 plugins and will also have exciting new features. New versions of StudioRack are in development, with several updates expected this year.
